NAIA RELEASE

(Kansas City, MO) The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2021 NAIA Men's Bowling All-America teams on Thursday afternoon. Sophomore standout Korey Reichard earned all-america honors after a successful season.

Reichard has made an immediate impact for the Cardinals since stepping foot on campus last year. He's quickly earned the attention of WHAC competitors and now on a national level. Reichard was named WHAC Newcomer of the Year after his rookie season along with first team all-conference. Reichard was named second team all-conference this season.

The WHAC also recognized Reichard as Bowler of the Week once last season and was Concordia's recipient of the Champions of Character.

Reichard was consistent this season placing in the top 10 at three of the WHAC Jamborees. Reichard led the Cardinals to a runner-up team finish at the WHAC Championships.

Men's bowling became a championship sport in the NAIA during the 2019 season. Since then, the NAIA has named all-america honors at the conclusion of the championship event. Reichard becomes the first Cardinal in the program's history to be named an NAIA all-american.
