Men's Golf finishes fourth at LTU Fall Invite

(Farmington Hills, MI) - The Men's Concordia Cardinals Golf team stayed in Michigan for another match as they would compete at the LTU Fall Invite at the Farmington Hills Golf Course. 

The Cardinals would finish fourth overall with a score of 299. The score of 299 is the lowest one-round score in program history.  

 

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

Cam Barret was top on the team as he would go on to shoot a 72 on the day, which is tied for the second-lowest score in program history. Zakary Schroeder was second on the team shooting a 74, which is the 12th lowest score for one-round. Andrew Sweitzer and Brady Baldwin finished back-to-back shooting a 76 and 77 respectively. Gibson Wilke was the final team golfer for the Cardinals with an 81. 

Dylan Ladmirault competed at the event as well as an individual shooting a 91.

 

TOURNAMENT RECAP

Taking home the top spot on the team side was Davenport as they would shoot a 283 overall. Martin Wing from Lawrence Tech would shoot the low score with a 67.

The Cardinals will next compete at the Spring Arbor Tournament which will be held at TPC Michigan in Dearborn, Michigan on October 9.
