Allie Tanana signs with Cardinal Volleyball

(Ann Arbor, MI) Head Coach Danielle Cook and the Concordia University volleyball team have announced the addition of Allison Tanana from Canton, Michigan.

Tanana will join Concordia from Canton High School where she played under the direction of Kayla Springs. Allie played as the libero for the Chiefs where she was a two year starter and captain as well as an All-State Player.

Allie is the daughter of Sandra Linsner and Jacob Tanana, and has two sisters, Kassandra and Natalie. She plans to study nursing while attending Concordia. "Right when I stepped on campus, I knew CUAA was the place for me," said Allie. "I am lucky to have been given the opportunity to grow both as an athlete and person the next four years."

"We are excited for Allie to be a Cardinal volleyball player," said Head Coach Danielle Cook. "Allie is a determined athlete that is always striving to get better. Defensively, Allie does a great job of being quick and covering her hitters. We look forward to seeing Allie grow as a player and young woman."
