(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Mideast announced their End-of-Year awards and several Concordia Cardinals would earn postseason honors. The Cardinals earned six first team honors, as two would be placed on the second team and three earned honorable mentions.
FIRST TEAM
SEEGER DEGAYNER | SR | GRAND BLANC, MICHIGAN
Seeger DeGayner, the senior makes his first appearance on the First-Team All-Conference for offense after leading the team in receiving yards and touchdowns on the year. He totaled 899 yards with 15 touchdowns (season record for the program) on the season. He was second in the MSFA in yards and first in receiving touchdowns.
WILL DOWLING | SR | OAK HARBOR, OHIO
This season marks the third time Will Dowling has been named to an All-Conference team and the first time being named to the First Team. Dowling helped lead the offensive line to 133.6 rushing yards per game this season, while also having the second-most passing yards per game this year as well.
DAVID CAGLE | JR | ALLEN PARK, MICHIGAN
David Cagle was a force on the defensive line putting up solid numbers all around the board as he makes his first appearance on an All-Conference team. He recorded the 10th-most tackles on the year in the MSFA with 68. Cagle also recorded the most sacks and tackles for loss on the year with 10 and 18 respectively.
CASEY RAUCH | SR | ALEXANDRIA, KENTUCKY
Casey Rauch makes his first appearance on the first-team defense after making 93 tackles on the year which was the fourth-most in the MSFA. In addition, he added on seven tackles for loss and two sacks while bringing in two interceptions as well. He also recorded a "pick-6" in the opening game of the year against Taylor.
CASEY RAUCH | SR | ALEXANDRIA, KENTUCKY
Making his second appearance on the First-Team All-Conference this season, Casey Rauch would also make the team as a punter. Rauch recorded the highest average in the MSFA this season with a 39.4 yards per punt average. On 40 punts this year he placed 15 inside the 20-yard line which was third-most.

Seeger DeGayner appears for the second time this season on the First Team, this time as a returner. He returned 11 kickoffs this season with 359 total yards, while also returning 10 punts for 102 yards. His 359 yards were fourth most in the MSFA this season and recorded the second-most yards per return at 32.6.
SECOND TEAM
LIAM KARRY | SO | NEW BALTIMORE, MICHIGAN
Liam Karry makes his first appearance on an All-Conference team after having 101 tackles on the season, the second-most in the Mideast division. In addition, Karry added 3.5 sacks while also making nine tackles for loss. He forced one fumble as well as breaking up four passes.
COLBY KOHMESCHER | SR | LINDEN, MICHIGAN
Colby Kohmescher makes his first appearance on an All-Conference team as he was named to the Second Team as a defensive back. In his 10 games played he recorded 59 tackles and picked off one pass this season. His 59 tackles were the 14th-most in the MSFA this season.
HONORABLE MENTION
GABE WHITMORE | SR | PETOSKEY, MICHIGAN
Gabe Whitmore earned an honorable mention after recording 54 tackles as Concordia's safety. He picked off a pair of passes, returning one for a pick six, while also racking up 5 tackles for loss.
LEROY WATSON | SO | VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN
LeRoy Watson earned honorable mention with a pair of interceptions, returning one for a touchdown, along with 6 pass breakups. The cornerback recorded 46 tackles with 4.5 of them being for a loss.
KELLY MATTHEWS | SO | DETROIT, MICHIGAN
Kelly Matthews was given an honorable mention after leading the team in pass breakups, with 7 on the season. The Sophomore cornerback had 35 tackles on the campaign, 2 tackles for loss, and a forced fumble.
