(Ann Arbor, MI) The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced their weekly player of the week recipients on Monday afternoon and Junior Isabel Stropich was named the NCCAA Women's Soccer Student-Athlete of the Week.

Stropich stepped up on the offensive end of the ball this week after scoring the game-winning goals in both of the Cardinals games this past week. Stropich tallied two goals against Bethel (IN) and then tallied a penalty kick goal in the 87th minute of Saturday's game versus Indiana University East. 

Isabel is now the second Cardinal to be named NCCAA Student-Athlete of the Week this season, joining teammate Anna Roman in the honor. 

The Cardinals will be back in action Friday, September 17 when they play host to the Eagles of Judson University with a 2 pm kickoff
