About the Warriors

Indiana Tech entered the 2020 WHAC Tournament as the top seed and was upset by #5 Cornerstone in the semifinals. The Warriors would then go on to the NAIA playoffs where they would lose to Holy Cross College. Indiana Tech was receiving votes in the national poll for most of the 2020-21 season with almost all of their losses coming to ranked or vote receiving opponents. In WHAC play the Warriors only dropped two games, one against Lourdes and the second against regular season champion, Rochester. Their 9-2 record in the WHAC earned them the second seed going into the tournament. Tech took care of business against #7 Aquinas with a 90-75 win Thursday night, earning their repeat trip to the semifinals.

A quartet of Warriors average over 10 points per game in Grant Smith (14.3), Josh Kline (13.7), Rog Stein (13.3), and Cory McKinney (11.3). Ted Albert is the head coach for Indiana Tech and is in his fourth year at the helm.
