Men's Bowling finishes second at the Rochester Classic

(Troy, MI) The men's bowling team kicked off the 2021-22 season with a 2nd place finish at the Rochester Classic. The Cardinals finished with a score of 6949 pins, falling just 28 short of first-place finisher Bowling Green State's 6977 pins. 

Kyle Lewis began his Senior season campaign hot, leading the team with 826 pins in four games and a 206.5 average score. The impressive day for Lewis resulted in him earning a top-10 finish, earning 10th place at the tournament. 

Korey Reichard finished strong as well, placing 18th at the Classic. Reichard recorded 779 pins and a 194.75 game average, including a team daily high score of 241 during his second game. Patrick good finished with 622 pins in three games, holding a team best average score of 207.33 on the day. 

Logan Teubert (601), Isaac Goergen (527), Brenden Gossman (365), and Nicholas Clauson (133) rounded out the scoring for the Cardinals.

Concordia will be back in action next on Saturday, October 2nd when they compete in the first WHAC Jamboree of the season. Indiana Tech will host the Jamboree in Fort Wayne, IN.
