Men's Team back in action at Kegel Collegiate Classic

(Addison, IL) The Concordia Cardinals men's bowling team were back in action the past two days at the Kegel Collegiate in Illinois. Saturday saw the individual's of each team compete, while Sunday saw Baker's competition between the teams. The Cardinals ended in 39th place out of the 68 teams. 

 

Korey Reichard was the top finisher for the Cardinals in 83rd as he finished with a total of 1013 pins and a high game of 226 pins. Jeffrey Lizewski was the second finisher with a round of 972. Brenden Gossman and Kyle Lewis were the next two finishers hitting 954 and 943 pins respectively. Rounding out the five bowlers for the Cardinals was Patrick Good Jr. bowling in three games and hitting 573 pins. 

 

Cameron Crowe from Saint Ambrose University was the top finisher at the event knocking down 1233 pins beating out the second place finisher by four pins. Also winning the team event was Saint Ambrose with 10021 pins. 

 

The Cardinals will head back to the lanes in February as they compete at the fourth and final WHAC Jamboree of the season on the February 5th.
