Men's Bowling places third at WHAC Jamboree #4

(Jackson, MI) Concordia Men's Bowling returned to the lanes this Saturday for the fourth WHAC Jamboree of the season. The Cardinals took third place at the event with a total of 6864 pins.

 

Korey Reichard led the Cardinals with a top-10 finish due to his 788 total pins on the day. Reichard landed in eighth place and had the Cards' third highest game of the day with a 223. Izzac Goergen finished just inside of the top-20 with a 759 on the day. Goergen's 228 in game two, was Concordia's highest game of the day.

 

Brenden Gossman and Jeffrey Lizewski also bowled in all four games for the Cardinals accumulating 742 and 725 pins respectively. Kyle Lewis bowled three games for a total of 544 pins on the day.

 

Alexander Bumpus played in just one game for Concordia, but knocked down 226 pins for the Cardinals' second best score on the day.

 

Indiana Tech took first place in the team competition with a score of 7517 and it was Indiana Tech's Marcus McClain who took first with an 864 in the individual competition.

 

Concordia Bowling will be back in action on February 12th when they head to the Scotty Classic in Jackson, Michigan.
