(Ann Arbor, MI) Head softball coach Hailey Cavanagh and the softball program have announced the signing of Megan Martin from Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Megan played under Jami Neubecker at Grand Blanc High School where she pitched for the Bobcats. Martin earned All-Conference and All-Academic honors while also a member of the "ICE" travel team.
"Megan is a gritty, tough pitcher, who is also a versatile defender," said Head Coach Hailey Cavanagh. "We are excited to watch her career unfold and impact our program! We are excited to have Megan and her family become a part of our family!"
Megan is the daughter of Mike and Peggy and has one sibling; Jordan. Martin plans on studying Elementary Education at Concordia.
"I'm very excited to be given this opportunity to grow as a player and student," says Megan. "Being able to continue this sport is a blessing and I can't wait to be a Cardinal!"
