Football ranked 5th in weekly NAIA coaches 25 poll

NAIA RELEASE

(Kansas City, MO) The NAIA released the football coaches' preseason top 25 poll on Monday afternoon and the Cardinals are ranked 5th. The Cardinals were ranked 6th in the preseason and first poll of the 2019 season, but after a 3-0 start, the Cardinals have received a program high 329 votes. This is the highest ranking for the Cardinals as well as the first time in the top five.

This now marks 22 consecutive polls that that the Cardinals have been ranked and 24 total in program history.

Fellow MSFA members to receive recognition include the Cardinals next four opponents; Saint Xavier (9), Siena Heights (20), Saint Francis (IN) (3), and Marian (6).
