Concordia football will look to bounce back from their first loss of the 2019 season when the team travels to #3 Marian in MSFA Mideast Division play. The Cardinals dropped to #10 after a close 34-27 loss to now-#7 Saint Francis. The Knights enter the contest coming off a bye week, still featuring a perfect 4-0 record.

Marian leads the all-time series 6-1. Concordia's victory in the series came back in 2017 when the Cardinals defeated the Knights in Ann Arbor, 39-36 in the NAIA Game of the Week.
