Women's Lacrosse falls at Northern Michigan

(Marquette, MI) Concordia Women's Lacrosse played a second game in as many days at the Superior Dome, with this game against the hosting Northern Michigan Wildcats. The Cardinals fell to the NCAA D2 opponent 21-0 in the contest.

 

Michaela Ullery started in goal for the Cardinals and played the first half, stopping 6 shots, while allowing 13 goals to the Wildcats. Rachel Costello finished out the game for the Cards, and had 5 saves with 8 goals allowed. Katelynn Lawson had a ground ball pick up for Concordia. Madisyn Fox led the Cards with 3 shots, 2 being on goal. Isabella Komarowski had a team-high 2 draw controls, while Alana Mortimer caused 2 turnovers.

 

Concordia will be back in action on Saturday, March 11th, when they travel down to Tennessee Wesleyan. The game is slated for 2:00 PM in Athens, Tennessee.
