(Greenville, SC) – The National Christian College Athletic Association announced the women's soccer All-American awards on Wednesday. Concordia's own Samantha Golchuk (JR/Garden City, MI) was named to the third team All-American for the NCCAA while several Cardinals received NCCAA Scholar Athlete accolades as well.

Golchuk was 3rd in the NCCAA in regular season goals (20), 2nd in game winning goals (6), and 3rd in points per game (2.5). The junior forward was named NCCAA Player of the Week twice in 2019 after a 3 and 5 goal performance in those two weeks, which also earned her WHAC Player of the Week in those weeks as well.

Samantha Golchuk was a key component to the Cardinals' success as she led the team and the entire WHAC conference with 19 regular season goals and 43 points. Golchuk's junior year puts her at first all time in the program record books in season goals (19), season conference goals (15), and career conference goals (29). This is Golchuk's first year being named to the WHAC First Team after she was given second team honors last year and all-newcomer team recognition her freshman season.

Seniors Madeline Mueller (SR/Bixby, OK), Olyvia Putnam (SR/Zeeland, MI), Megan Schulz (SR/Farmington, MI), and Adrienne Woodruff (SR/Commerce Township, MI) were awarded NCCAA Scholar Athlete recognition for their outstanding performance both on the field and in the classroom.
