(Grand Rapids, MI) – Concordia women's soccer traveled to #7 Aquinas on Saturday afternoon for a WHAC contest. The Cardinals found themselves up against a tough opponent and fell by a final score of 8-0.

Hayley Jacobson played a complete game in goal with 9 saves. Jacobson was tested frequently and net and made several saves, but Aquinas was able to convert 3 times in the first half. CUAA trailed 3-0 at halftime.

Aquinas continued to pour on the pressure with 5 more goals in the second half. Alivia Lavigne registered a shot attempt in the 74th minute which was blocked by the Saints' defense. AQ took the 8-0 win as time expired.

Concordia will return home to host Indiana Tech this Wednesday at 3pm.
