Hayley Jacobson earns NCCAA Defensive Player of the Week

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced the Players of the Week for Women's Soccer and Concordia Cardinals Hayley Jacobson earned the honors after aiding the team to go 1-1 on the week. 

 

Jacobson, a senior from Howell, Michigan, wins the second NCCAA honors of her career after two solid games in goal including the Cardinal's first win on the season in the 3-0 win over Cleary where she recorded three saves and a close 1-0 loss to Lawrence Tech where she posted 13 saves. 

 

Jacobson and the Cardinals will be back in action on Wednesday, October 11 when they travel to Madonna University for a matchup against the Crusaders which will kickoff at 4 PM.
