Beerman tabbed to lead Cardinals Women's Soccer program

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Concordia University Athletic Department has named Kaela Beerman the new Head Coach for the Women's Soccer program. Beerman began her duties on January 8th. 

 

Kaela Beerman arrives at Concordia following a three-year stint as the Head Coach of the Women's Soccer program at Hiram College (NCAA Division III). 

 

"We are very excited about having Kaela join the Cardinal Family." Said Athletic Director Lonnie Pries. " Her experience as a head coach at the collegiate level and her passion for the game of soccer will be invaluable as she takes over our women's soccer program. Our young female student-athletes will be blessed to be led by her both on and off the pitch."

 

Before her time at Hiram, Beerman was an assistant Soccer Coach at Bluffton University (NCAA Division III) where she aided in recruiting for the team. In addition, Beerman was a four-year member of the Women's Soccer at Malone University (NCAA Division II) where she was named a captain of the team. 

 

Coach Beerman had this to say about leading the Cardinals going forward "I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to be welcomed into this great community. I cannot wait to help this program grow and am excited to see what the upcoming season holds!"
