(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) named the first Player of the Week honors for Men's Bowling and Concordia Cardinal's bowler Jeffrey Lizewski took home the award. 

Lizewski, a junior from New Boston, Michigan, took home the individual championship at the Inaugural Dirty Bird Classic in Jackson, Michigan. Lizewski took first after knocking down a total of 673 pins over three games while averaging 224.3 pins per game. He also aided the Cardinals in taking home the individual championships at the tournament as well. 

This is the first time that Lizewski has taken home a WHAC Bowler of the Week award. 

The Cardinals are back in action when they travel to the Midwest Collegiate Championships at the Bowlero Lanes in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin on October 7 and 8.
