(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced on Monday afternoon that Concordia Cardinals Jeffrey Lizewski won the conference Bowler of the Week award marking the fifth time he won it this season.
Lizewski, a junior from New Boston, Michigan, took home a 19th-place finish at the Kegel Collegiate Classic this past weekend. Lizewski rounded out the tournament with a total of 1,049 pins. He scored a high game of 256 while averaging 209.8 pins per game. On the season, Lizewski is averaging 208.65 pins per game (55 games).
In addition to Lizewski, Connor Rogus also earned a WHAC Bowler of the Week earlier this season.
The Cardinal bowling teams will be back on the lanes on Saturday, February 3 for the final WHAC Jamboree of the season when they head to the Thunderbowl Lanes in Allen Park, Michigan.
