(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) named the first Player of the Week honors for Men's Bowling and Concordia Cardinal's bowler Jeffrey Lizewski took home the award. 

Lizewski, a junior from New Boston, Michigan, finished in a tie for 21st place at the Midwest Collegiate Shootout over the weekend as he helped the Cardinals earn the highest finish in program history at a Tier 1 USBC event. Lizewski would knock down 1,275 total pins in the six individual games while averaging 212.5 pins per game. He had a high game of 255 in the first game as well. 

This is the second consecutive WHAC Player of the Week honor that Lizewski has won in weeks the Cardinals have bowled

The Cardinals head back to the lanes when they compete at the C300 Western Shootout at the Western Bowl in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, October 14 and 15.
