Emilee Hughes earns first WHAC Bowler of the Week of her career

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released their Player of the Week winner for Women's Bowling on Monday afternoon and Concordia Cardinals Emilee Hughes took home the first honors of her Cardinal career. 

 

Hughes, a junior from Auburn Hills, Michigan, placed fourth at the American Heartland Tournament that took place on Sunday as the Cardinals would finish third overall. Hughes knocked down a total of 810 pins over four games, with a high game of 215. On the season, Hughes has a 191.2 average. 

 

The Cardinal bowling teams will be back on the lanes on Friday for the first WHAC Jamboree of the season when they head to the Westgate Bowl in Comstock Park, Michigan.
