Brooke Binder earns her first WHAC Bowler of the Week of Career

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released their Player of the Week winner for Women's Bowling on Monday afternoon and Concordia Cardinals Brooke Binder took home the first honors of her Cardinal career. 

 

Binder, a sophomore from Bay City, Michigan, saw her best finish of the season at the Kegel Collegiate Classic over the weekend after placing third overall. Binder finished the tournament with a score of 1,013 total pins. She also averaged 202.6 pins per game while scoring a high game of 235. Binder is averaging 191.43 pins per game (30 games) on the season.

 

Binder joins a pair of Cardinals who have also won WHAC Bowler of the Week as Emilee Hughes and Gabriella VanHorn won earlier this season as well. 

 

The Cardinal bowling teams will be back on the lanes on Saturday, February 3 for the final WHAC Jamboree of the season when they head to the Thunderbowl Lanes in Allen Park, Michigan.
