WHAC POSTSEASON AWARDS: Multiple Cardinals earns All-Conference honors

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced on Wednesday morning the postseason awards for Women's Bowling and several Cardinals earned postseason honors. 

 


FIRST TEAM

Brooke Binder was named to the First Team All-Conference list after posting an average of 203.42 pins over her 12 WHAC Jamborees. Overall on the season, Binder has an average of 192.68 throughout the 34 team games bowled. 

 

 


SECOND TEAM

The second Cardinal to be honored was Gabriella VanHorn as she recorded an average of 194.56 throughout all 16 games bowled at the WHAC Jamborees. Over 66 games she recorded an average of 189.62 pins while hitting a total of 12,515 pins. 

 

 


CHAMPION OF CHARACTER

Amanda Fisher was honored on the WHAC's Champion of Character team. The senior was honored for her commitment to the five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.

 

 


ALL-ACADEMIC

The WHAC announced their All-Academic teams, which involve being a sophomore in Academic standing and having a cumulative GPA of 3.25. Four Cardinals were named to the team with Amanda Fisher, Emilee Hughes, Arielle Oakley, and Gabriella VanHorn being honored.
