(Milwaukee, WI) – The Concordia Cardinals Women's Bowling Team headed to Wisconsin to compete at the Midwest Collegiate Championships at the AMF West Lanes in Milwaukee. The event featured five team games on Saturday followed by 16 baker games on Sunday with the top eight teams making it to bracket play.
The Cardinals finished the first day in 20th place with a total pin score of 4,441. The Cardinals would move up in the standings on Sunday to finish in 15th with a score of 7,323.
CUAA RESULTS
Emily Morris was the top individual bowler for the Cardinals after having a score of 968 with a high game of 215. Brooke Binder was next up for CUAA with a score of 928 and a high game of 198. Bailey VanMeter was the final CUAA bowler to go all five games with a score of 899 and a high game of 192.
Arielle Oakley knocked down a total of 569 pins over her three games and had a 207-high game. Ryan Giese, MacKenzie Morgan, and Amanda Fisher all bowled in two games with scores of 359, 295, and 241. Sydney Stocks was the final bowler and she scored 182 in her only game.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS
Coe College took home the team title after topping St. Ambrose in the championship match.
Savannah Rodriguez from Calumet College took home the top individual spot at the tournament with a score of 1,123.

The Cardinals will be competing at the first two American Heartland Tournaments of the year on October 26 and 27 at the Super Bowl in Canton, Michigan.
