(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced their weekly Players of the Week on Monday afternoon and Cardinal Women's Bowling Emily Morris was named WHAC Bowler of the Week.
Morris, a senior from Livonia, Michigan, earns her first WHAC Player of the Week honor after competing at the Midwest Collegiate Championships over the weekend. Morris played in all five team games at the event, recording a total score of 968 with an average of 193.60. She also tallied a high game of 215.
Morris is the second Cardinal women's bowler to earn Player of the Week this season as she follows up Arielle Oakley who took home the honors last week.
The Cardinals will compete at the first two American Heartland Tournaments of the year on October 26 and 27 at the Super Bowl in Canton, Michigan.
