Women's Bowling wins second straight WHAC Tournament

(Clinton Township, MI) – The Concordia Cardinals Women's Bowling team competed at the second Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament of the year at the Imperial Lanes in Clinton Township, Michigan. 

 

The Cardinals win their second straight WHAC tournament after knocking down a total of 5,823 pins and winning by 60 pins. The Cardinals earn another 23 points toward the WHAC regular season title. 

 

CUAA RESULTS

MacKenzie Morgan took home the top spot in the team games after recording a high game of 264 and a total score of 664. Next up was Ryan Giese, who scored 564 and recorded a high game of 215. Bailey VanMeter and Emilee Hughes finished with a score of 548 as they tallied high games of 201 and 198 respectively. Brooke Binder was the final bowler for the team with a score of 534. She recorded a high game of 193.

The Cardinals will travel to Rockford, Illinois for the Leatherneck Classic at the Don Carter Lanes & Cherry Bowl on November 9-10.
