(Waterford, MI) – The Concordia Cardinals Women's Bowling team kicked off 2025 at the fifth American Heartland Tournament of the 2024-25 season. The event featured five baker games followed by five team games.
The Cardinals finished the tournament in third place after totaling 5,208 total pins.
CUAA RESULTS
Emilee Hughes and Amanda Fisher finished back-to-back in fourth and fifth place respectively as Hughes finished with 943 pins and a 200 high game, while Fisher totaled 938 pins and scored a 227 high game. Emily Morris was the final Cardinal to bowl five games as she tallied 828 pins and a 185-high game.
Arielle Oakley and Brooke Binder also finished next to each other as they were within two pins. Oakley totaled 493 pins and a 191 high game, while Binder totaled 491 pins and a 174 high game. MacKenzie Morgan was next up with two games bowled and had a 344 with a 174 high. Bailey VanMeter was the final Cardinal with 302 pins and a 157-high game.
TOURNAMENT RECAP
Davenport University finished atop the leaderboard as they totaled 5,548 total pins.
Kasey Eaton, also from Davenport was the top bowler of the tournament as she totaled 1,077 pins.
