(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced their weekly player of the week recipients on Monday afternoon and Senior Jennifer Miller was named the Defensive Player of the Week for Women's Lacrosse. 

Miller, continued to be a staple for the Cardinals in the midfield as she was able to gain 11 draw controls while causing eight turnovers. She also was able to pick up eight ground balls. In addition to her solid defense, Miller was able to tally two goals and one assist in the Siena Heights game, including the game-winning goal. 

The Cardinals will head back to the field on Tuesday, March 29th as they will go up against NAIA No. 4 Life University with the game beginning at 3 pm.
