Sorenson honored on NAIA All-American Second Team

(Kansas City, MO) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023 Men's Lacrosse NAIA All-Americans and Concordia senior Noah Sorenson was honored on the Second Team.

Noah Sorenson, a senior from Holland, Michigan, was a Second-Team honoree as a defensive midfielder after a season where he started all 17 games. Sorenson was able to score 11 goals on the year while assisting on eight more. He also picked up 23 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers.

Head Coach Ty McGuire had this to say about Sorenson "Noah is the glue that holds our team together on the field and an inspiring leader for our young team. He allows us to attack opponents in a variety of ways and is a nightmare for teams in the open field. We followed his lead this year and will continue to follow him next year as well."

Sorenson is the first Concordia Cardinal's Men Lacrosse member to be honored on an NAIA All-American team.
